Our Construction
The Advent Group does not undertake labour-only contracts.
Pure Construction Contracts
In this format, Advent will focus on the ‘brick-and-mortar’ part of the job, and deliver RCC, brickwork/blockwork and plaster while the client appoints and supervises other vendors and subcontractors for mechanical, electrical and plumbing as well as external facade and glass work.
Turnkey Construction Contracts
In this format, except for the PMC suite of services, Advent will handle 100% of the on-site work until Occupation by selecting, coordinating with and supervising all necessary subcontractors and vendors in order to deliver a finished product to the client.
