We conduct an assessment & make an offer
Give Letter of Intent (79A) upon agreement to offer
Development Agreement (DA) is signed and plans are approved by MCGM (IOD)
Residents temporarily relocate and old structure is demolished
Commencement Certificate is procured from MCGM (CC) and construction begins
Project is completed and Occupation Certificate (OC) is obtained
Residents move back into a brand new society & Share Certificates (SC) are issued

- Copy of Road Line Remark (Rd. Widening documents)
- Copy of Occupation Certificate
- Copy Of Sanctioned / Approved Plans

- Copy Of Ownership Proof (Copy of original purchase document of land)
- Title clearance certificate from Solicitor
- Copy of Conveyance deed
- All the legal documents pertaining to Land & building
- Individual Agreement of Members and Shops (If Any)
- Copy Of Electricity & Property Tax Bill
- Copy Of Water Tax Bill
- Copy Of Existing Area Documents
- List Society Members and Their Flat No.
- Flat / Shop Wise Carpet Area List
- 7/12 Extract
- NA Permission (If Any)
