To maintain lower than acceptable levels of fixed-payment debt obligations across assets as well as at Group level in order to have flexibility and staying power in an uncertain underlying regulatory environment.
To educate the consumer on the need for new thinking in urban planning – consisting chiefly of smaller individual home units with extremely efficient use of space, combined with larger and better planned common / public areas.
